We are accepting applications for Full-Time Public Safety Telecommunicator (PST) until all are filled. This current application period is to build a list of eligible applicants for our next scheduling of interviews, of which a date has not been set. You must read the sections below and be sure you understand the requirements.

Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted within 7 business days by email to schedule your Criticall assessments. You will only be contacted by email to schedule this. It is imperative that all applicants provide a monitored email address and respond in a timely manner to all messages.

This link: Criticall Test Guide provides more information about the assessments. There is an assessment preparation guide available on this site, along with practice assessments. You will be assessed on more categories than are covered in the practice assessments. The prep guide and the practice assessment will allow you to understand the process and how the assessment platform operates. You are strongly encouraged to review these materials before you take the assessment. 

Upon successful completion of the Criticall and another assessment, you will be scheduled for an initial interview. Candidates must go through a background check and have a negative result on pre-employment screening before they will be considered or offered employment.
